It has a surface area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 150 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows First floor \- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 2: a pull-out bed with a desk 1st floor \- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area \- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bathroom with shower and WC 2nd floor \- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 4: with bunk bed and 2 single beds \- Bathroom with bath, washing machine and dryer \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A private, west-facing 150 m² terrace and garden with furniture, ideal for enjoying fine weather. The chalet is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : \- Lac Achard: a must-see hike \- Parc Aventures de Chamrousse: fun activities for the whole family \- Downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing \- Climbing and via ferrata: breathtaking views over the valley If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the chalet.
