The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this apartment for rent in Chamrousse, within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a surface area of 44 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 8th floor (with elevator), it consists of a 19 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bedroom, two sleeping areas, and a bathroom (with shower).  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 19 m² living room with TV, dining area, and sofa  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- Two sleeping areas, each equipped with a bunk bed  
\- One bathroom (with shower)  
\- One separate toilet  
  
Outside:  
\- A balcony of approximately 3 m², facing west and adjoining the living room, with furniture for enjoying sunny days  
\- A balcony of approximately 3 m², facing west and adjoining the bedroom  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the underground parking space of the accommodation.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Grenoble train station about 45 minutes away  
\- Grenoble-Alpes Isère Airport is about 1.5 hours away by car  
\- Local seasonal shuttles serve the different neighborhoods of Chamrousse, including Vernon, Recoin, and Roche-Béranger.  
\- From Grenoble train station, you can take a direct bus (Transisère or Flixbus line depending on the season), which stops right in front of the Le Vernon building.
