"Everything from checkin, service to checkout was good. Only issue was drainage from the bathtub. The drain pipes are not sized correctly causing clogs in tub while you shower. Rooms were clean and nice."

"Room was big, overlooking pool. Nice view. However staff appeared helpful but didn’t follow up on anything. Nothing was ever done that was expected of them. They didn’t tell us when our room was ready. Then told us they couldn’t ring an English mobile number ! They didn’t email as we were told either. Plus we were online the bar. We had a broken flush on the toilet and a broken lamp. They never bothered to sort either. Then we got a note saying as some rewards system we could pick a reward. We picked a Cabana for our last day. But when we went downstairs we were told we can’t have it as they need to book an apt to talk about the rewards system first. Hard sell tactics. "

"This is a great place to stay in disney on a budget. The bus service to the parks is very convenient. This isnt the place to stay if looking for a more luxury experience but it's definitely clean and nice enough if need to save money for your trip. I would not count on the food court for good food options though."

"Rooms were small, but clean. If you have an option to get the preferred rooms, get them. It's a very long walk to the buildings in the back. Staff was friendly & helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
