We do ask guests to do their dishes and remove their trash to the dumpster at the end of the driveway. It was beautiful and spacious. We had more than enough room for my husband, our son and myself. But, the reason we wanted this place was to host some family after the funeral since there was no other place able to accommodate them in this area. This worked perfect even on a cold rainy day with a warm fire in the enormous fireplace and plenty of space for visiting adults and kids to enjoy themselves. The kitchen was more than accommodating and well stocked with supplies. Our standard poodle really enjoyed herself, too. She was the reason we needed a home in the first place so we decided to just get a home large enough for a family gathering as well. So many places don't allow gatherings. I am so very glad these folks are willing to let the space be used in the way necessary. It really helped us come together as a family through a difficult time in a beautiful space with a warm fire and large kitchen, and even a virtual stage with the balconies off of the bedroom for some kid concerts.
