Welcome to our modern condo in Swiss Mountain at Seven Springs Mountain Resort— the perfect weekend getaway for couples, young families, or friends! A great home base for all of your Laurel Highlands and mountain adventures!

**Resort Activities**

The main lodge at Seven Springs provides a variety of four season family fun, including skiing, snowboarding, terrain parks, and tubing, an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, restaurants, hot tubs, an arcade, mini golf, bowing alley, axe-throwing, live music, and plenty of seasonal festivals. Renting our condo during ski season includes FREE access to a locked, private, slopeside locker to store your ski gear within a private locker room, which includes shared picnic tables and private bathrooms. In summer months, enjoy hiking or mountain biking.

**The Kitchen**
The kitchen at the condo is fully equipped for a night of cooking in, on the outdoor grill, in the convection oven, or on the stovetop. It also includes a microwave, blender, Keurig (K-cups of coffee and ground coffee INCLUDED), and coffee grinder with a full-size fridge and freezer for your convenience. Prefer to take a vacation from the kitchen? You’re just a short drive from area restaurants!


**The Community**
Enjoy our condo’s private deck mountain view in the winter and tree-lined backyard in the spring/summer. The neighborhood includes a seasonal heated community pool, which is a short walk across the parking lot.

**Accommodations**
Cozy up with a movie in our queen bedroom at the end of the night or enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room. Need additional sleeping space? The living room converts into a versatile second sleeping area with one couch featuring a pull-out queen bed and the other expanding into a bunk bed! The kitchen table also expands for additional seating up to 6 with the included bar stools.

**Smart Home Technology**

Easy check-in/out using our smart lock system and adventure in peace knowing your valuables are protected by community security. The condo is fully equipped for streaming and working remotely on WiFi. *NEW* heating & AC throughout provides year-round comfort!

**Local Adventures**

Want to adventure out from the resort? The Laurel Highlands region provides unlimited outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, kayaking, and white water rafting at surrounding state parks including Laurel Hill, Laurel Ridge, Kooser, Laurel Mountain, Linn Run, Ohiopyle and the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail! Carve some corduroy at Epic Pass sister ski resorts, Laurel Mountain & Hidden Valley. Hit some greens at Highlands Golf, Hidden Valley, Ligonier Country Club (private) or several other local golf courses. Target shoot at Highlands Sporting Clays. If adventure isn’t your speed, relax at Glades Pike Winery or enjoy nature at Bear Run or Powdermill Nature Reserve. More of a history buff? Look no further than Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water, Fort Ligonier, Quecreek Mine, and Flight 93 National Memorial.

Perfect place!

This place is perfect. The hosts have thought of everything and communication was excellent. It was very clean and location was great also. The a/c worked excellent to keep us cool and the pool was really nice.

Amazing stay with my fiancé!

Had an amazing stay here. The check in was easy and Dave and Andrea were very responsive The property was very clean and cozy. We will be booking here again it’s less than 10 minutes and you’re on the mountain.

Wonderful, Convenient Location

Beautifully updated condo with lots of amenities, and convenient access to the mountain. Having a ski locker and shuttle access was an added bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful mountain getaway

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS!! The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and added so many personal touches to the place. It was a very comfortable, clean stay and the perfect weekend getaway to the mountains.

The property was amazing. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Very clean with great instructions for appliances, tvs, etc. The host reached out beforehand to make sure every was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

They thought of everything!

My Brother's Condo gets an A

This was our first trip to Seven Springs without a big group and we couldn't have been happier with the one-bedroom condo at Swiss Mountain Villas! It was decked out with everything thing you could possibly need and the hosts provided great instructions for everything. And the private ski locker at the lodge was truly icing on the cake . . . Great ski trip!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this condo; the space is very efficiently utilized. The pull out and bunk bed worked great for our kids. I really appreciated that the condo has been remodeled and tastefully updated. The shuttle and ski locker were both very convenient. Communication with hosts was easy and we appreciated the little conveniences they provided. We would stay here again.

If it’s available BOOK IT!

If it’s available book it! Andrea and Dave are very pleasant owners. They literally have thought of everything to make sure your stay is a positive experience. They were very informative about check in, their locker at Seven Springs and check out. We had purchased night ski lift tickets for our first night of stay which started at 3 pm so we were very thankful to be able to check in early! All the beds were comfortable and place was very clean and beautiful. Such a great weekend for our family.

Brief getaway

The Condo is as close to perfect as you can get in less than 900ft. We comfortably slept two adults between the bedroom and sofa bed. Perfectly equipped (literally nothing it did not have and we cooked in twice). The grill is great. Comfortable furniture and for our stay it was very quiet. It was cold during our stay and no issues regulating the temperature (which as you know is not always a given). Truly five stars, great owner who was easy to work with…I read all the reviews before renting this place…five stars is as accurate as it can be described.

Second Stay, As Good As The First

This is my second stay at the property, and everything was just as well-done as the first. The property is quiet and private, so much so that the entire parking lot just 50 feet away was milled and paved while I was sleeping and I did not hear a thing! If you decide to stay, you will be pleased with the furnishings, the dishes, towels, appliances, and extras, but mostly because the owners will contact you to make sure your stay is as good as they can make it. I plan to come back unless my reviews make this place sell out! Great job, Dave and Andrea!

Absolutely Amazing!!

Not only were Andrea and Dave so incredibly responsive, they were so thoughtful too! Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that they had left us some sweet treats wishing us a happy stay and me a happy birthday! Not only was this property lovely and cozy and clean and fresh, it inspired us to return to our own home and update!! They thought of everything and were so incredibly helpful with navigating Seven Springs ski resort! The locker was so helpful for the two days we skied. We can’t wait to come back in a few months for more adventures in the area!! Thank you Andrea and Dave!! Highly recommend!!

Exceeded Expectations!

This property exceeded our expectations! The unit looked to be recently remodeled with lots of upgrades and tasteful décor. It was also one of the most well-equipped places we’ve ever stayed. Details like plentiful hooks for coats and keys, boot and glove dryers, and a phone charging station at the eat-in bar were nice touches. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into maximizing the space and it felt quite roomy. Our family of four had plenty of room to cook, dine, move around and lounge comfortably. The beds were comfy and our two teenagers fit/slept great in the bunk beds. It’s worth noting that Seven Springs had 3 days of continuous snow during our stay, and the maintenance crew did a great job of keeping up with clearing the parking lot and walkways. Note that there are two sets of stairs to get down to this unit, but again, maintenance kept them clear of snow. The shuttle service to and from the resort was super convenient. We also can’t say enough good things about the owners. Dave and Andrea left detailed instructions about the unit and were great about promptly answering any questions we had. The gift basket of candy upon arrival was a nice welcoming touch! One of our boys accidentally left his ski pants in the dryer and Dave was kind enough to ship them home to us. We very much appreciate their hospitality and look forward to staying here again if we return to Seven Springs!

We were very happy with this condo. Everything was perfect and very comfortable. outstanding cleanliness. Enjoyed the electric fireplace logs...nice touch. Decor perfectly reflected a mountain feel. Everything we needed was there, couldn't ask for anything else.
