We only rent it a few times a year so there is no real wear & tear that you find with full-time rentals. If you are in PA, OH, or MD, and looking for a little getaway where you can work, stay & play, Seven Springs is an ideal location. IN THE SUMMER, THIS TOWNHOUSE IS SECONDS FROM THE POOL/PLAYGROUND/TENNIS/BASKETBALL/PICKELBALL COURTS!! If you are familiar with the Sunridge community in The Villages at this fabulous resort, you'll know that being close to the pool/playground/tennis/basketball/pickelball courts is really convenient. Free of charge with your rental. We also have one of the largest patios in the community, with plenty of seating and feeling of serenity.....a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass if wine, or a good beer. Just want to relax? Enjoy the hot tub at the pool, or grab a plastic cup and enjoy the private hot tub on the patio! We also have a private ping pong table on the patio (Summer only!) - tons of fun for everyone! Want to go hiking or biking while you are visiting? There are plenty of trails - for families with small children, to expert mountain terrain, and everything in between. The first floor has a living room that features a Smart Screen TV with cable, or log onto your Prime, Netflix, or HULU account. The open floor plan concept and the comfy sectional sofa offer plenty of space for everyone. There is a fully stocked kitchen with an Island for entertaining/additional seating. The dining room/kitchen has seating for 10\. The 1st floor Master features a newly renovated walk-in stacked-stone tile shower, dual sinks, King sized bed, and a TV. For convenience, there is also a newly renovated 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor for other guests. The 2nd floor also boasts a Master en suite with a newly renovated full bathroom, with walk-in tile shower, Queen sized bed, desk area and a beautiful view of the slopes. Also on the 2nd floor is the bunk room, great for kids or an entire family! This bedroom has mirroring Queen/Twin bunk beds, sleeping 6 total. The loft area has a pull-out couch and is a great sitting/board game area. Between the loft area and bunk room is a newly renovated full bathroom with brick-tiled shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer are also on the second floor. Our townhouse has central heat and air condition. We would love for you to find out all that the mountains have to offer like we have. The shuttles ran frequently for us to ride back and forth to the lodge. option and being able to ski down to the lists was so convenient. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We come up to seven Springs every year for the past four years for a family get together. Had a great time. This was a perfect location and great house for a group of friends! We could walk onto the mountain within minutes, had plenty of parking for everyone and the house was full of everything we needed! Easily one of nicest and well maintained rentals I've ever stayed in and it was definitely big enough for two families without ever feeling cramped. The garage area was especially awesome for storing all of our ski equipment. The location was ideal and only a few minutes drive to lodge. The weather did not cooperate for the ski in/ski out as it was unusually warm and we visited pretty early in the ski season, but we were able to get dropped off /picked up at the Stoneridge complex at the top of the Avalanche lift which was less than 1 minute away and we jumped on and off the mountain with ease. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Seven Springs. ##### Liz W. The neighborhood is close to everything at 7Springs. The house was lovely, clean, and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The owners thought of everything we needed. We had 12 people from age 5 to 75 in our group. We wanted a destination halfway between our 2 families and that had a lot of outdoor activities and it fit the bill. The owner was very attentive and checked in to ensure we had everything. We used the hot tub, thr grill, and walked to the pool a few times. We also enjoyed the Adventure Center at the resort. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals - dishwasher, paper towels, basic cooking supplies. The beach towels and kids toys were also a nice touch. The kitchen was a tad small for 12 people but it was nice to have a 2nd fridge and space in the garage for snacks. You may want to bring some fans for upstairs, it was pretty warm in the upstairs bedrooms. Overall it was a nice stay and we would definitely stay again. ##### Katie H. Everything was perfect about this villa! The garage turned ski room was just perfect to get ready for skiing, de-layer after skiing, and store all our ski gear, even for a group of 9\. The location to the slopes was a very short walk to Village Trail and down to Lift 1\. We ate every meal in and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all our cooking needs. The remodeled bathrooms are a fantastic touch. And the hot tub was a great way to end everyday on the slopes. We couldn’t have been happier with this villa! ##### Suzanne F. The ground floor master with en-suite was perfect to provide some separation from parents and kids. The pull out couch in the loft is a nice upgrade a d the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, platters, glassware and pots/pans. Melanie was amazing responsive and super helpful with local recommendations. The hot tub did just the truck after a long day teaching the little ones to ski.
