"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean. "Too small room. I planed to come with my dog, but fortunately i stay him on a dog hotel. I think because of the size of the room he cannot stay to sleep, and also because the room was not climatized. Temperature would kill my dog. staff was very human. "
