There is a telescope provided at Chalet Couttet for your enjoyment in the living room, as well as French satellite TV channels & Apple TV. .The lower ground level also offers an upright piano, gym equipment for your use and there is ski storage in the garage, while the driveway offers external parking.

The Neighborhood:
Chalet Couttet is situated right in the centre of Chamonix, just alongside the Aiguille Du Midi train station and is the perfect location for a Chamonix chalet. The town centre starts only 150m from the chalet for shops, bars and restaurants, with the closest eateries just at the end of the street, and a large supermarket is accessible even on foot in less than 10 minutes. The closest main bus stop is 400m away for access throughout the valley for skiing and summer activities.
Getting Around:
The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
