This hotel is a family running guestroom type. Very good location, but the room is very small. The carpet is very dirty and smelly.

This hotel is delightful. Charming and tucked away just 1 block away from the city center, shopping and dining. The building is darling, the rooms were clean and, the owners were on site and very kind and helpful. We definitely would return.

A fabulous hotel, wonderfully hosted by the owner. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Chamonix and only a 14 min walk from the bus station. We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Clocher. Cannot fault the room or service we received.

Nice room, but location is everything, easy access to busses, central location, restaurants and bars. The front desk was incredibly helpful and kind too, will definetly come back!

I was assigned a ground floor room which is ok but not ideal. When people talk at the reception area, you will hear it. You will likewise hear people’s footsteps whenever the climb up the stairs or walk on the floor above. The room, including the en-suite bathroom looked wheelchair accessible but does not have an extraction fan for ventilation.

Excellent, quiet location with a lot of charm. Walkable to everything. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Just a note, there is no elevator, but there's only one flight of stairs to climb with luggage. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Cute hotel, very walkable. Only thing is they didn't have do-not-disturb signs, so the maid wakes you up. Overall good expierence

When a friendly dog greeted me at reception, I knew I was in the right place. Super clean, secure, and nicely updated all around, and an absolutely fantastic location with minutes walking distance of the center of town. Really friendly staff. Did not take advantage of breakfast or parking either day, so can't comment on that. Would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to book there again myself!

Wonderful and Charming Stay!
Very welcoming and peaceful. The hosts were wonderful and so helpful, and the location was amazing for ski and town access! I would absolutely stay here again. Check in was simple, access was easy but secure, and I felt completely comfortable and taken care of during my stay!

I love smaller, family-owned establishments, and this one qualifies. It was charming, the staff was always available and friendly, and the rooms had been upgraded to include wonderfully comfortable baths and a perfect blend of classic and modern decor. The parking is a little tight, and that is my only negative - and it was a very minor problem. Also, the breakfast offering was wonderful, with excellent croissant and a variety of bread and cheeses to go with the self-soft-boiled eggs!

This is a small, but charming property owned by the local couple:- Katya and Christian. What unique about our stay was their friendliness. We felt like we became a part of their family. Breakfasts were great - eggs, fine cheeses, fresh squeezed orange juice, bottomless coffee and many more yummy things to munch on. Beds were a bit hard, but when I told Katya about it, she put a layer of something soft and we were fine after that. Rooms a small, but built-in furniture makes a room very efficient. Every inch is counted for. The hotel is licated just 3 minutes walk from Savoy ski area, where out 5-year old tool ski lessons. From there we took a teleski lift to telecabin that lifted us up 1500 meters into Brevent/Fleger ski area. Very convenient! Our stay was phenomenal. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect location to walk around Chamonix.
Hotel itself is cozy and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom fixtures. Woman checking us in was unable to find my paid reservation in her system despite me showing her the receipt with confirmation number, so she simply wanted to charge us again. I was tired from driving and didnt feel like dealing with it then, so I later emailed their info address with the receipt attached. They later said "it just came in" which I'm sure means that someone else knew where to look. They don't always know where to look for Hotels.com reservations is the lesson here....

Great hotel. Very comfortable bed. Central location made it easy to navigate my way thru town. Close to a grocery market and within steps of bus stops. I highly recommend this hotel if you have a trip planned to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.

Nous servons tous les jours ,un petit déjeuner buffet de 7h30 à 10h00 ....Et en dehors de ces horaires , il possible à toutes heures de la journée , d'avoir un café ou un thé ... Et nous demandons à tous nos clients à l'enregistrement, s'ils prennent le petit déjeuner ....

It's a nice, friendly place in downtown Chamonix. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but you're literally 100 paces from the main shopping, dining, and transportation links. Perfect for my hiking trip. They speak English too.

3 days stay at Chamonix
Very cozy hotel with alpin feeling, perfect location close to everything in town and the ski cabins. Nice and welcoming personnel, tasty breakfast with quality french products (better to pay it directly at the hotel and not use the additional fee for breakfast suggested when you book because the price may be three times higher). The only thing less comfortable was the beds that were too small and a bit hard. I would come back.

部屋はシンプルでベッド、テレビ、服掛け棚、シャワーとトイレ、洗面のみです。レンタルの携帯の充電ケーブルを用意してくれていました。WiFiは10MB/sほどで、ウェブ閲覧可能な速度です。 朝食はシンプルですが、おかみさんがコーヒーを入れてくれます。セルフで作る茹で卵や、美味しいクロワッサンがあります。 私がバスで深夜にシャモニーに到着することを事前に伝えておいたため、宿への入り方を教えてくれていました。またチェックアウト後も荷物をフロントで預かってくれました。 宿の案内書きによると、赤ちゃんがいる場合には湯沸かしを貸し出してくれるようです。

Os proprietários são super. É a melhor coisa do hotel. Quartos no 3 andar são ótimos mas tem a questão da escada que cansa um pouco. Quartos do primeiro andar não foram renovados ainda. Minha experiência recomendo ficar nos quartos E ou C no terceiro andar!!!
