An envelop with my name was waiting at the door and everything was easy to follow. My room was clean and lodgers quiet. Had a great night recovery after my week doing the TMB. Appreciated the clean towel, soap and toilet paper available. I was able to have my breakfast at 6 am in a nice clean kitchen, and leave when I was ready. I booked this place SPECIFICALLY for the hot tub. Only to find out upon arrival that it’s not working. But the sign has been up for months saying it’s not working …. So it wasn’t just bad timing when I was there. It’s deceiving that the lodge would not say the hot tub is not working. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known this. The lodge is a 20 min walk from the center of town. There is no navette shuttle by this lodge. So you have to walk in and out every day. There’s no reception at the lodge. So what am I paying for?
