The house is built on one level, with a night and a well-defined day, a large bright living room opening onto a terrace of 40m2 well sheltered and a swimming pool located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden. Your vehicles will be parked in the grounds of the property. You can easily go by car or bike in the village of Vans, 1.5 km where you will find all the amenities: shops, restaurants, banks, market, etc.

Since 2018 air conditioning has been installed in all four bedrooms.

Great place to stay

A beautiful, spacious, complete and clean house in a lovely location. The pool is super and private parking is a plus. The area is great with lots of things to do also for families with teenagers. Close to the property is a nice town (Les Vans - ~2 km) which has nice markets and restaurants and of course a Boulanger for fresh baguettes and croissants every morning. Definitely a place we'd visit again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’un des grands atouts est l'absence de vis-à-vis, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur en toute tranquillité.Nous avons rencontré un petit souci avec le chauffe-eau en cours de séjour, mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et tout a été rapidement pris en charge, ce qui est très appréciable.Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour des vacances reposantes et sans mauvaises surprises !

Très jolie maison avec une superbe terrasse et une piscine indispensable! Surtout quand, comme nous, vous tombez pendant une semaine de canicule.La clim dans les chambres est vraiment top également.Il manque juste 1 petit frigo en plus pour mettre les boissons au frais et avoir assez de place dans le grand pour éviter de faire les courses tous les 2 jours. (Nous étions 8)Le petit hameau est vraiment très joli, et la rivière a à peine 10 minutes à pieds nous offre un 2ème endroit où nous rafraîchir.Petit bémol, le départ à 9h le dernier jour est vraiment trop tôt. 11h serait idéal.

Top locatie in de Ardèche, Chambonas - Les Vans

We hebben met ons gezin en vrienden super genoten van de accommodatie. Alles was, of is zelfs, beter dan we dachten. Zwembad was super tof met het zoutwater. Spijtig is wel dat het zwembad en tuin niet meer zichtbaar is vanaf het terras door de hoge bomen en struiken. Dit zorgt er dan wel weer voor dat het minder warm omdat de zon er minder goed kan aankomen. In het verblijf waren de slaapkamers, keuken en de leefruimte goed en ruim voorzien. Daarbij is het dankzij de aanwezige airco voldoende fris is de woning. Het was een top locatie waar je voldoende activiteiten kan kan doen en waar het prachtige dorpje Les Vans voldoende dichtbij is. Een echte aanrader!!

Une agréable maison , très bien située pour y passer un super séjour . Nous avons passé une semaine au Top dans cette maison avec nos enfants et petits enfants ! La maison a répondu à nos attentes. Chacun a pu y trouver son compte ( baux espaces , bons équipements,propreté des lieux et extérieurs magnifiques) la piscine a été appréciée par ces chaleurs du mois d’août.Excellente communication avec les propriétaires et très bon accueil réalisé par Jade . Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette villa tout confort et très spacieuse. Elle est idéale pour des vacances en famille! Tout à été parfait du début à la fin. Merci à Jade pour l’accueil très sympathique et souriant ainsi que pour la propreté irréprochable de la villa. Il ne manquait rien, nous avons passé une magnifique semaine entre amis, chacun a pu trouver sa place et son rythme dans la grande villa de Chantal. Gym pilates au bord de la piscine au petit matin, accompagnée des Huppes Fasciées dans le jardin, les petits déjeuners autour de la grande table et les apéros au bord de la piscine. Que du Bonheur ! On reviendra…

J'ai réuni mes enfants et petits-enfants dans cette grande maison qui nous a apporté tout le confort que nous avions souhaité. L'accueil chaleureux, la décoration de la maison, la piscine évidemment et bien d'autres détails ont fait que nous nous sommes sentis comme "chez nous". L'Ardèche est également une magnifique région que nous connaissions déjà et que nous avons plaisir à retrouver chaque année
