About this property

Chalet - MurolHouse with character

  • Ideally located, closed to the lake, The cottage is made of wood and stone in the center of a large landscaped garden of over 1800m ² overlooking the lake. Its large terrace allows an unobstructed view of the countryside. The interior is wood except marble floors, there is also a large traditional stone fireplace.
    The cottage is equipped with a large dining room / lounge with bay window, access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, laundry and a boiler.
    The ground floor also has a separate access bay window and input port. An internal staircase allows to connect the two levels.
    The central heating is oil.
