"We had a lovely family vacation here with kids - grandparents. The house itself was much smaller, darker, and dirtier than expected. It wasn’t stocked with common necessities and the beach is not public, but it is not private to your house. It’s private to all the houses in the little pod and the outside experience could greatly be impacted by this. There was also a ton of construction going on at the restaurant and on the street.
