And, the night stand was sticky as if it wasn't properly cleaned. The location was very convenient. The gondolas were less than a 5 minute walk away as well as the shops and restaurants. My biggest complaint is when I removed the privacy sign, housekeeping didn't come in to clean the room, take out the trash, or bring in new towel and toiletry. I was not feeling well that day and i had to go to the front desk 3 times before they sent clean towels. If housekeeping or front desk would pick up the phone, I wouldn't have to keep going downstairs. I called them more than ten times and no one picks up.
