Next year we are going to look at Guilford or another Shoreline - maybe Madison has just gotten out of my price range. Was disappointed with the trash left outside of the house mostly in the back yard (old fire pit next to hot tub, pile of cement blocks, construction molding on ground under bushes). The house had a few small unfinished projects inside (bedroom pocket door didn’t work properly, unfinished molding around doors, mattresses in bunk room didn’t fill the bed frame). It just didn’t seem 100% rental ready. For the nightly price, the house should have been pristine inside and out. We also had an issue with the hot water and called for assistance. We were informed someone would come but never did. Luckily the problem resolved itself. I would suggest supplying documentation on the check out procedure.
