- Experience spectacular views of the Southern Rocky Mountains from our crows nest and rooftop deck with barbeque grill. Hike along the beautiful Canoñes Creek or under towering ponderosa pines. Kick back inside our high mountain retreat as you enjoy the occasional sighting of deer, elk, turkey, osprey, and other wildlife. All is within striking distance of Chama and it's famous narrow-gauge train (10 min), hiking in the south San Juan mountains (20 min), and Wolf Creek Ski area (1.5 h).
