Kevin went above and beyond for my family when we were there for our daughter’s high school graduation! Made sure I always had a parking spot for my truck. Definitely recommend staying at the Cheshire. Definitely a different experience.

Great hotel. It has multiple restaurants and an art gallery along with an Olympic sized pool and Jacuzzi. I travelled with teenage boys and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very unique property.

I have stayed here many times throughout the years. The location is convenient for what we like to do in the city. The hotel rooms are starting to get a little run down. The carpets are dirty and in poor repair, outlets don't work, shower doors off kilter etc. The room was marginally clean. All in all it wasn't much different than last time we stayed. The area around the hotel is getting less and less safe as the years go by. HEAVY police presence both Friday and Saturday night we were there. Hotel security and cops had their hands full keeping the groups of roving youths under control. We almost hit a teenage girl Saturday night randomly walking in the parking area. The hotel itself seemed to be having trouble keeping this under control. We saw two police foot chases in the 48 hours we were there. Keep this in mind if you like to wander around in the Loop.

"The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was fine, stayed three nights, and were able to try something different each morning. The carpeting is getting worn but everything is clean. "Although the room was supposed to be newly remodeled, the bathroom door didn't work properly and the shades don't cover the window leaving about a foot not covered allowed the exterior lighting to shine through the windows. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly."
