Nice friendly staff good food nice clean hotel

Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and liked it very much . Since my recent visit it has had a makeover and is even nicer. The staff are brilliant without being overbearing and the food is lovely. the spa and pool are awesome.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my second visit and the service was even better than last time when it was exemplary. From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough to help us. They even helped me with the bags because my husband is less abled. They were very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Superb location for events at London stadium and the Olympic legacy park, nights out in Stratford and shopping. Excellent service, clean, safe and comfortable. Great value for money.

From start to finish this accomodation surpassed expectations, lovely friendly helpfull staff, clean room, next to great transport links, would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced for London

Fabulous guesthouse attached to a brilliant traditional pub both the room itself and the nightlife in the bar made it a great spot. The Crown was clean, comfortable and we can't speak more highly of hosts as we was made to feel ever so welcome. We will certainly be back!! Just a couple of mins walks from nearest tube station the entire city of London is easily accessible and a such a reasonable rate you will do well to find anywhere better.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab? The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good. Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. The hotel is undergoing a renovation at the moment, but the rooms and general areas are clean and quiet, the staff in the bar - restaurant are most accommodating, the food is cooked to order but the wait is well worth it the food produced is excellent. Defiantly recommend the food.
