"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"

"The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms.
However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed.
1. Rooms are not clean
2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks
3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer...
