"Very clean especially for beach area where sand can be an issue. Walkable through center of town to beach at 15 minutes with good places to eat and not overally saturated with tourism. Host very easy to get a hold of. The pool is a nice touch and we would hose off sand before getting in but nice feel before going to bed. in"

"We stayed in San Pancho for a week end of Feb/early March. San Pancho was an awesome chill surf town! Perfect weather and not built up with tourist stuff. The food on the town is incredible. This property was great and is just as advertised in the listing. Vicky and her team were excellent with communication before and during our stay!"
