The townhouse is fully air-conditioned as well as overhead fans in the living room, kitchen and veranda on the ground floor. There is a toilet and bathroom downstairs which makes it convenient for after swimming. The other 2 bathrooms and toilets are upstairs, one of them is ensuite.
