8.4/10 Very good! (305 reviews)
Plus points: convenient location, charming old building, helpful cleaning staff Less good: small bedroom and tiny bathroom, stains of humidity in shower roof and tiling joints. Very humid building, no lift.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (80 reviews)
There were aspects of our stay that were positive but staff seemed unable to fix a significant billing problem, telling us to write to a general email address which no one replied to, not even through the hotels.com app. This lack of customer service for a hotel of this standing was both surprising and disappointing and unfortunately spoiled our experience.

"Great location near a metro stop! Nice and clean rooms. Note that the shower is in an open concept bathroom so there are no shower walls. This was a big challenge for us as water got everywhere in the bathroom which we really weren't used to and didn't enjoy. Lighting in the room could also be improved ..."

Klarna has several payment plans to pick from, so you're sure to find something that works with your budget. Take a look at these flexible payment options:

  • Pay monthly holidays: If paying bite-sized amounts each month is something that would work for you, Klarna can help. Paying in convenient monthly instalments will make that dream holiday possible.

This is when you'll score some fantastic deals. If you're booking late, you might still be in luck. Sometimes the lowest prices emerge just weeks prior to departure.
