"Did not provide me with the code for the keybox prior to arrival, despite numerous requests. I received a postdated email (we all know how to postdate a message) 2 days after arrival. I have a witness for my assertion. The property had various faults, but it is most important that potential clients be advised that they might arrive at the property and be unable to enter the premises."
