Top personeel goede service alleen was er een geluid wat je heel de dag hoorde en ze wisten ook niet wat dit was. Dat was de enige minpunt. Voor de rest top locatie en goeie kamers.

Отвратителен хотел Били сме в хотели в Турция от Истанбул до Мерсин,но такова нещо не бяхме виждали и толкова нагло отношение. В хотела има топла вода само на душа. На мивката няма топла вода. Казах на управителя,че няма топла вода.Дойде една госпожа горе в стаята,пусна водата на чешмата и се правише,че чака да потече топла вода. Като видя,че няма да потече вода(тя много добре знаеше,че там топла вода няма) ми каза,че по-късно като дойде управителя ще оправят проблема. На другия ден говорих със собственика и той ми каза,че нямат опция за топла вода на мивката. Каза ми,че ако искам може да си тръгна. Казах му,че ако си тръгна ще трябва да ми върне парите за дните в които не съм спал,а съм платил. Резервацията ми беше за три нощи,фактически трябваше да ми върне парите за двете нощувки в които нямаше да сме там. Той ми отказа категорично. Каза ми,че няма да ми върне никакви пари. Казах му,че аз съм със съпругата ми и тя се нуждае от топла вода. Той ми отговори,че топла вода има на душа. В хотела пристигнахме от Алания и още при пристигането ни нямаше топла вода дори на душа. След като казах,че няма водя я пуснаха,но на мивката топлата вода така и не дойде. Нямали опция за топла вода на мивката. Хотела е отвратителен. От вратите духа вятър не се затварят плътно. Леглата и матраците са стари и твърди. Климатика стар и работи толкова шумно,че не можеше да се спи. За три дни не влезе никой да почисти. Помислете добре преди да си направите резервация в този хотел.
