The only problem we found that there was no lift. They had booked our room no the 2nd floor, as we are an older couple they soon sorted it out for us. So thank you Lord hotel.

Unacceptable rooms

The hotel serves a very nice breakfast and the reception and pool area are reasonable given the price. There are some nice people at the hotel who helped us with the luggages so and other issues such as airport transfer. However, the room was awful, smelly, and the bathroom and floors were not like a hotel. The first night they promised us a better room, but the day after they said the room is gone to another customer. We had to switch hotel and cancel the rest of the booking.

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok iyi civardaki plajlara 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin hemen önünde duraklar var hem Çeşme merkeze hem de Alaçatıya yakınlığından dolayı buralara çok rahat ulaşabilirsiniz. Otel ise gerek çalışanlarının güler yüzlülüğü gerek temizliği, misafirlerin çoğunlukla aileler olması ve harika kahvaltısıyla her şey on numaraydı. Buraya gönül rahatlığıyla gelebilirsiniz.

Gelmeden önce çok büyük beklentilerimiz yoktu ama otel bizi iyi anlamda çok şaşırttı. Odalar küçük ancak yenilenmiş durumda. Temizlik çok yerinde. Kahvaltısı gayet doyurucu ve lezzetli. Otelle ilgili tek problem odalarda wifi çalışmıyor. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve her zaman yardım etmeye hazır. Özellikle Beyza Hanım'a çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Kız arkadaşımla konakladım, odalar resimlerde göründüğü gibi güzel değil. Mobilyalar eski, oda servisi var deniliyor ama aradığınız zaman şu an tekim siz gelip alın deniliyor. Sabah kahvaltısı güzel ve restaurantta çalışan abla ve amca çok güzel yüzlü ve tatlılar. Sabah otelden çıkarken konaklamamız bitmemesime rağmen resepsiyon bizi durdurup check out mu yapıyorsunuz dedi daha 2 gününüz olması a rağmen. Misafirlerinden haberleri yok. Minibar dolabı kapalı ve içi pisti, açılmasını rica ettiğimde covid kuralları bahane edildi (ne alaka anlayamadım)

Багато плюсів і два маленькі мінуси.

Дуже привітний персонал, завжди чисті номера, близько до пляжу Баялік. На нашу думку Баялік кращий пляж ніж Іліка. Пішком до Іліки далеко, але можна взяти автобус за 5 лір і доїхати за 10 хв. Готель у дуже зручному розташуванні. Два чисті басейни та гарно доглянута територія. Ситні сніданки, спокійна атмосфера. Стосовно мінусів: - дуже поганий WiFi. Ловив лиш у лобі, але також проблематично. - сніданки не шведський стіл і 4 ранки під ряд були одинакові. Взагальному, якщо Ваша ціль, відпочити на прозорому, ідеальному морі - дуже рекомендую їхати у Чешме та поселятись у готелі Лорд.

Hotelin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü insanlar. Özellikle kahvaltı servisini yapan hanımefendiye ayrıca buradan da teşekkür etmek isterim çok tatlı biri. Kahvaltısı da oldukça iyiydi. Odaların balkonlu olması da bizi fazlasıyla mutlu etti. Umarım bir daha görüşürüz :)
