Von Sauberkeit keine Spur, das Bad ist verkalkt, Klopapier nur auf Nachfrage und dann noch verdrecktes. Von Handtüchern und zimmerreinigung auch keine Spur. Das „economy“ Zimmer liegt im Keller neben dem Waschraum, ohne Fenster, ohne Schränke aber dafür modrige Luft und verkalkte Armaturen. Auch beim Frühstück wurde kein Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Insgesamt lässt sich sagen: wer zentral in Alacati in einem butik Hotel bleiben will, ist hier richtig.
