October 2023, we truly hit the jackpot with the Cumbalica Hotel in Ilica. We got the #2 sea-view room which was close to perfect. Large room with huge living space. Small Migros on the ground floor which was excellent for quick snacks. Ilica is the perfect holiday destination, especially in October with hardly any tourists. Hotel has its own private beach. 20 Lira on the 10-min small bus shuttles gets you to the over-rated Alacati town, or Cesme (where you can catch a bus to anywhere). There are dozens of small restaurants and as usual, 2 streets behind, you get really tasty, and cheap food/ice cold beer. Watching the fish auction at the small fisherman's wharf was a real treat, and the nearby hot spring is absolutely great.

Had a fantastic time. Spacious apartment; great seaview; perfect location; helpful staff. Would definitely recommend, and visit again. Only slightly weak point was the breakfast. I'd encourage them to have a bit more variety. But overall, it was a 5 star experience.

Front desk was not friendly. They barely greeted us when we were going in and out. We stayed at suite but they did not provide enough blankets and pillows for each of us so we had to keep asking for everything. Yes there is a small kitchenette but utensils are ridiculously limited. The pictures makes it look like the hotel has a private beach bit thats cafeterias beach and open to public. So dont be fooled by pictures like we did. They also purposly took the pictures makes it look like the hotel is right on the beach but its not. There is a busy road between hotel and the beach.

We had the best time at the Cumbalica! It was great for our big group, especially with the location and reserved swimming areas. Will definitely stay again!

The staff at Cumbalica are exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Saban was especially dedicated. The room had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. I wish I could have stayed longer.

There was no wifi during our 4 days stay. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Room were clean but there was no air conditioning in our bedroom, there was an ac in the living area. there was no balcony with sea view. Shower water was hot and nice.

Wunderschöner Kurztripp in einem sehr schönenHotel
Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Per Bus in wenigen Minuten in Alacati oder Cesme. Hotel hat eigene Liegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Prachtig hotel. Dicht bij de zee. De zee is erg mooi. Ilica is een warme zee met een bron. Lekkere restaurants in de buurt. We hadden een grote kamer met een aparte slaapkamer met keuken. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Erg mooie stranden in buurt. Cesme en Alacati ook mooi om te zien. Boottocht ook de moeite waard.

Mitarbeiter von Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichaltig. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr professionell und nett. Wir empfehlen es weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Es handelt sich bei dieser sehr süssen Unterkunft um Wohnungen, die aber täglich gereinigt werden. Eine ideale Wohnweise mit Kleinkinder. Super gut gelegen mit kleine Privat-Sandstrand gerade über der Strasse. Ein Migros/Einkaufmöglichkeit direkt im gleichen Gebäude. Dolmus (kleine öffentliche Büsse) halten vor dem Hotel an.

Saban bey, çok titiz, caliskan, samimi, yardim sever, konuksever bir isletmeci. Kaldigimiz sure icerisinde bize surekli yardimci oldu. Kaldigimiz Oda güzel, temiz, deniz manzarali. Çok memnun kaldik. Cok temiz ve konforlu bir otel. Oda inanilmaz derecede ferah ve buyuktu. Otel calisanlari isteklerimizi en hizli sekilde yerine getirdi, hepsi cok guler yuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Çeşme'de denize ulaşımı rahat, otopark olarak otelin önünün kullanabildiği, Migros'un yanında, akşam yemeği için yürüme mesafesinde birçok restoranın olduğu konumda yer alan Cumbalıca Hotel'de 3 gece konakladık. Özellikle geniş odaları sayesinde köpeğimizle çok rahat ettik. Konakladığımız şehir manzaralı teraslı odada akşamları temiz havada oturmak güzel bir deneyimdi. Özellikle deniz manzarasına sahip teraslı odaların çok daha keyifli olacağını tahmin ediyorum. Otelin önünde işletmeye ait bir beach var (biz fotoğraflardan otele ait sanmıştık ancak ücretli bir plaj - otel ile anlaşması var) ve denizi çok güzel. Özellikle rüzgarlı havaya rağmen birçok plajdan daha iyi bir denize sahip olduğunu gördük. Çeşme ve Alaçatı tatilinde f/p göz önüne alınırsa kısa süreli konaklama için iyi bir seçenekti. Yeni açılmış olması nedeniyle geliştirmesi gereken yanlarını tabiki var, onlarla da ilgilendiklerinde bölgenin en iyi seçeneklerinden biri olacaktır. Her sorunumuza çözüm bulmaya çalışan Melis Hanım'a güler yüzü için teşekkürler.
