Beautiful hotel. Great location. The bathroom in our room was very, very small, the room however was very spacious and confortable. The internet connection never worked. They were going two close for the autumn/winter season a few days after we stayed (sep 27), therefore the hotel was not running properly. For example they had no cold drinks to offer with breakfast. It felt like the staff lacked proper training.

In middle of car park and very close to a mosque

We booked a suite and 2 queen rooms. We were given 3 queen rooms. Manager played dumb. Insisted there are 3 categories of room and that we booked the 2 lower categories - queen n suite but not the mega suite. I booked according to the photo on Expedia and it was not the room I got. Hotel was under renovation and the room I booked, the one in the photo was one of those .We feel cheated because even the queen rooms were tiny and beds uncomfortable. Photos on website are completely misleading. Breakfast is ok but guests should know that only Turkish tea and coffee are included. Lattes, espressos are additional cost. Not to be recommended as there are lots of other choices as we discovered. You can’t have a good time if there are so many t&cs and hidden costs.
