  • Very beautiful country house "Il Casolarino", semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16. Apr. - 30. Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, heating available only from 01. Nov. - 14. Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). 800 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Tuscany dream villa

Beautiful traditonal Tuscany stone villa with great pool and fantastic view. The host Eleonora provided great service and kept the pool and garden fresh every day. I would really recommend this villla.

Toskanisches Landhaus

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Landhaus in gepflegtem Zustand. Toll zum relaxen in dem schönen Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen und dem grossem Pool. Perfekt auch die Nähe zu den Sehenswüridigkeiten der Toskana. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert und wir kommen gerne auch ein 4.Mal wieder. Danke für dieses wunderschöne Anwesen.

Toskana Feeling

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön gelegen, im Außenbereich großzügig mit den Olivenhain gestaltet und mit dem Pool auch gut ausgestattet. Der Innenbereich wirkt durch die Landhausausstattung gemütlich aber auch ein wenig rustikal. Mangelhaft sind die Matratzen aller Betten. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer reicht nur für 4 Personen, obwohl 6 Schlafplätze. Einen Tisch im Wohnzimmerbereich fehlt komplett. Der Außenbereich verfällt so langsam(Lounge Möbel z.B.)

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist im Hochsommer nötig und ebenfalls sehr git gepflegt. Sehr umsichtiges Vermieterehepaar vor Ort. Lage sehr ländlich, schöne Umgebung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Städteerkundungen, wenn man ein Auto hat und die Fahrt akzeptiert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist toll, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön und die Aussicht toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in und Check-out hat problemlos geklappt. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

La vita è bella in Toscane

Beautiful, comfortable and well maintained spacious house amid splendid Tuscan wine and olive yards. Very kind and efficient host. The house is situated some 5.5 km away from Certaldo in a quiet and peaceful landscape and is spacious and very clean. The ventilators in every room were a welcome surprise as summer temperatures can rise to very hot. The only area for improvement: an outside umbrella would create more shade and quality of Internet is very weak.
