(14 reviews) The hotel was in pretty good condition, very nice and clean. The only thing I would note is the shower water pressure is quite light, and it does take a good few minutes to become hot. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the quality was great for the cost. I would definitely say it's a solid choice if you come to Cusco and want to be in the historic centre area. The hotel also has a great location, being very close to a number of different shops, cafes, and restaurants. We tried new places to eat every night, and they were all amazing. Additionally, there were a couple laundry shops within 5 minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us. One thing I would note though, is the hotel is on an uphill from the majority of the shops and main areas of the historic centre, so walking back to the hotel might be a bit tiring/challenging, especially if you're experiencing altitude sickness. The hotel does offer complementary coca tea though, so that was nice to have throughout our stay o try and alleviate symptoms. From the time we arrived (which was wayyy early, due to our flight), he made sure we were taken care of. Even got us into our room early! The hotel itself is a mini museum, with artwork dating back to the 17th century.
