Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect.
When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. The next day the kitchen towel was taken and not replaced. Front desk's answer to any question was "I don't know." Questions such as where can I exchange money in town and how much are the chairs to rent on the beach right in front of the hotel.
Cleanliness- a tea bag was on the balcony when we checked in- never cleaned from previous stay.

Great spot for the money. Spacious room, very clean, lovely pool & jacuzzi & super breakfast. All very relaxed & easy. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed more.
