Room wasn't big enough and so was difficult to find a table at peak times. We had 3 rooms - two rooms were joining rooms. The one room in this only had a bath with a hand held shower so not great. On the last morning, the room with the shower had no water and so could not be used. There was an issue that had been reported the day before with the bathroom light flickering like a disco - nothing had been done. We reported the isuse at check out (the no water was the morning of checkout), reception staff were more interested in getting the city tax than the fact there had been no water. Was not interested at all, didn't apologise. She was more interested in talking to her colleague. On exiting the hotel through the main doors, there was a used condom on the lobby floor. Really not the image we wanted in our heads. Really poor. The used condom, and the lack of interest on the room having no water left a really poor opinion on the hotel."
