The views are amazing and the upper deck is so nice to sit on and watch the boats go by. The hotel bar offers drinks and snacks and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing in the sun. The people who work there are great! Very nice and knowledgeable. They could answer any questions we had and make recommendations as needed. Breakfast was tasty! Overall a good value for the money. That being said, the WiFi was useless. I could not use my laptop at all because the signal was so weak that it constantly cycled between connecting and disconnecting (and we were in the first room off reception, so I can't imagine what people on lower floors or further down the hall had for a signal). One of the reasons I booked here was for the free Wifi so I could work a bit, and that was not possible. I had to turn the WiFi on my phone completely off when I was in the room and rely on my pricey international data because the cycling was killing my battery. I couldn't even check in for my flight because it wouldn't maintain a connection for even 5-10 minutes. The AC was also useless. The average temperature in our cabin was around 80° F with the AC on "full blast". While I understand that many hotels in Europe do not have AC, we chose this one because it was advertised as having it and the temperatures in Prague during our stay were high. Because this is a boat and has portholes instead of windows, they could not even be opened so it was stifling at night.
