Very nice modern place

This property is beautiful and peaceful. You definitely need a car to access it as it not a walkable area. With a rental car it’s great. The food was good, pool was cool but nice (pretty deep, so maybe hard with little kids). Gym was tiny (just for one person at a time) but well stocked. Overall I recommend for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

The Quarry Resort exceeded all our expectations. From the minute we parked our rental car at an offsite location we were quickly driven to the hotel. Porters took our luggage down cobblestone streets and stairs to the hotel. The location of the hotel is a wow moment. The setting amongst the Sassi is one of a kind. Check in was very quick and we were shown to our beautiful room. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. The dining and bar areas of the hotel are terrific as well. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful hotel.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do

Overall, this is an average 4-star hotel that offers all the essential amenities. However, a few aspects could be improved to enhance the guest experience. One inconvenience is the absence of a hotel bar or lounge service outside of breakfast hours, which makes it hard to enjoy a coffee or a drink on-site during the day or evening. The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation, with visible mold stains near the sink and around certain areas. The shower is poorly sealed, causing significant water leakage—enough that it can reach outside the bathroom and even the room. Breakfast is generally satisfactory, with a nice selection of pastries, croissants, and cakes for those who enjoy a traditional Italian breakfast.
