I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with attention to detail that really stood out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was—it made it easy to unwind. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized and clean. What truly made the experience special was the level of customer service. Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great.
