"Super helpful staff, clean large rooms, maybe a little dated, but everything functioned well. No tea/coffee in room, just in common areas. However on asking, the hotel provided a kettle immediately. "

"The apartment is in a great location close to town but in a nice quiet area. The apartment is very clean and the bed comfortable. What lets the place down is the lack of maintenance. The terrace table and chairs were rotting and paint peeling off. The kitchen lights have not been connected and so you rely on the cooker hood lights to see- which both bulbs had blown. The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom has the lid missing and is wobbly. This is such a shame as it is a nice apartment. We contacted the agent regarding the patio furniture but were told that the owner was away. After further complaints they brought two folding chairs and some bulbs for the cooker hood. The agent was very helpful in trying to fix the problems but they really shouldn’t arise. "

"This is the best property, ever! Gorgeous room. Best view of the Piedmont wine growing area with 180 degree view of snow covered Alps. 'Bella Vista' indeed! The hostess makes jams, jellies, salami and all sorts of baked goods herself. She acquired fresh truffles to slice over the eggs she scrambled for breakfast. This is the best place, ever!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Host met us at the apartment to walk us through the apartment and show us which keys went to what doors in the building. Furnishings were impeccable and having balcony access was very nice for the evenings. 15 min walk or less to most food/shopping in downtown Alba and right around the corner from a fantastic specialty coffee shop (Especially Coffee Roaster)! Exceeded all expectations."
