Great breakfast
no elevator, so a bit tiring to go up and down stairs multiple times a day
no soap or toilet paper in our room, called staff and they brought one single roll of toilet paper...

There is no amount of praise high enough for me to give the hotel staff; truly, one of my best hotel experiences. The staff was so lovely and helpful; the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the location could not be better. The room was always clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was fantastic, the amenities were spectacular, and the upstairs terrace restaurant and view were beyond words. Highly recommend booking your next stay here.

When we arrived there were road blocks FIFA 2026 the staff meet us there, Cesar greeted us took our luggage and escorted to the hotel, all staff including the concierge desk extremely helpful and courteous always asking if we need any assistance 👍the staff also kept our room very clean. The cafe and restaurant served very good food. One thousand percent will return staff was very helpful enjoyed our stay. Also the concierge desk knew we were celebrating our anniversary and when we returned to our room they had decorated for our anniversary ❤️
