Serviço de quarto rápido, quarto espaçoso e aconchegante, chuveiro potente e hidromassagem excelente. Gostaria de deixar um elogio em especial para a equipe do restaurante Vitorino que me atendeu e me orientou sempre com a maior educação, boa vontade e respeito! Mesmo com muita gente presente por conta de eventos, foram capazes de dar a atenção necessária tanto pro pessoal que estava lá pelas convenções, quanto para os hóspedes usuais como era o meu caso. Foi um prazer, mesmo que curta, a minha estadia pelo hotel Vitorino."

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. "The parking lot is a pain, sometimes have to get out from car and call the reception to open the gate, very inconvenient. Have to wait near to 8 minutes to have hot water to take a shower early in the morning. Breakfast is good"
