Upon arrival at 7 PM, we was told that our room wasn’t ready yet. Was very upset and asked to speak to a manager. The young lady at the desk went to get a Manager wait a 10 minutes never spoke to a manager. Then magically our room was ready. The hotel is very old and needs to update. The bathroom toilet was very old and kept clogging every time you flushed it. We had a no smoking room, but you can smell cigarette smoke in our room. The only good thing that I like was our view from our room you can see the pier. Also online Margaritaville, the restaurant online stated that it closed at 1 AM. We went there at 12 PM in the restaurant was closed already. Give it a overall 5/10.
