"Rust on everything in the rooms. Pool tiles were shifting and missing. Pool looked really dirty. Was too cold to get in but was in need of a good cleaning. Super close to airport. Friendly accommodating staff. "

"The room was clean, the only gripe I have is there wasn’t a microwave in the room and getting a reply for the shuttle service was lacking. I ended up just getting an uber from the airport which took close to an hour, but that’s San Jose traffic at rush hour. Overall the stay was really great and I enjoyed the experience I had. I would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was awesome and I recommend getting it included in your package and the executive lounge was cozy and the food was pretty decent all things considered. The happy hour is worth it alone and getting free drinks makes it all the more worth the money."

"Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience "
