The room was very comfortable with lovely little touches such as Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, free bottled water by the bed each day and a wake up call if asked for with a complimentary hot drink and it was scrupulously clean. The beds were so comfortable. It had free English news channels and you could pay a reasonable price of £2.70 to watch current DVD's. The staff were so friendly. Try and get the breakfast included in your room as it really is wonderful - the breakfast...

I love this place the staff are excellent. I hope to visit again soon.

The Fairmont was the last stay on our honeymoon and my birthday. We started in Budapest and cycled to Lviv and then took the train to Kyiv. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday looking hot and sweaty, not exactly their usual clientele, and we had a big favour to ask the hotel to store our bikes and bags until our reservation on Sunday night. I was expecting a scornful rebuff but the assistant reception manager Maksim welcomed me warmly and agreed to store our bikes. When we returned on Sunday...

Brilliant Hotel, fantastic Food and really close to the airport

My second stay at this hotel, the staff were again fantastic. The property is centrally located and in easy reach of much of historic and beautiful Kiev. Quiet, safe and clean. English speaking staff and a friendly atmosphere. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone wanting to experience Kiev.

Centrally located, decent restaurant nearby, great view of the entire city, very clean and modern apartment. The water kettle wasn’t working but there was a water cooler outside. Super helpful and responsive staff, good pick up service to and from the airport. Will definitely stay with them again on my next trip

excellent service by everyone at the reception, restaurant and bar

Nice place. Always good service. And thay speak very good English.

Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises.

This hotel is lovely. The hotel is very close to the metro, some nice restaurants and a few supermarkets. Since the metro is so close it is easy to travel to central Kiev. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Although the local area looks a little rough, and the exterior of the hotel is nothing special, the inside is exquisite and full of helpful multilingual staff. They were very helpful in organising the arrival of my lost baggage with the airport, which was kind of them. The small market...

Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air.

Efficent transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, excellent stopover hotel
