"This is the best vrbo we have ever had. Owner responds immediately. House was immaculate. First vrbo i felt comfortable not wearing shoes.Nice quiet neighborhood. We felt comfortable taking short walks there. Host was kind, caring, made sure we had everything. There is a smalll gas ststion a short walk away where you could purchase drinks, and some food. Is one thing to be aware of. Ray James stadium about a bit more than half hour away. I cannot praise the house or owner enough. I would give 20 stars rating if i could. Truly is home away from home. I definitely would stsy there if i ever return that way. "

The Valrico/Bloomington area is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Carlos was a fantastic host, very communicative and accommodating. "We rented this property due to the proximity to family locally but we were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to several restaurants, a Publix, coffee shop and lots more!! The house looks like an older ranch on the outside, however inside it’s more modern and cute. We had our 2 very small grandchildren with us and there was not a ton of things to take up to keep out of their hands. There was 6 adults for us and the two children and plenty of space! The outside space was nice with plenty of seating and pool floats. We had one minor issue when we first arrived and the owner jumped right on it and it did not affect our stay at all. Great communication! We enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay again and recommended it to other family members from out of state"
