"We had a great start at this hotel as they kindly allowed us to check in to our room when we arrived at midday for our one-night stay. The staff are all very kind and friendly, the reception and front lounge area are lovely to wait around in. Our room was lovely to relax in and we really appreciated all the toiletries provided as that saved unpacking our own for the night. Breakfast in the morning provided a wide choice of food and included an omelette station. There was ample seating too. We used the shuttle a couple of times travelling towards the airport and that was prompt and comfortable. We did not use it for the airport to hotel trip so cannot comment on that. 30 minutes free parking is allowed which is most handy for dropping bags at the hotel before returning a rental car! Overall, we would gladly return to this lovely well-run airport hotel!"

"Its been some time since we last stayed at Cambridge Suites. Our experience at that time was excellent. This time however, we returned to a Hotel that had lost its lustre. The Staff were friendly enough and answered any concerns we had. Our suite was clean & tidy. The physical space could really use an update though. The carpet looks dingy and the furnishings are tired. Our matress was uncomfortable (pillows were great) and our headboard had a tear in it. The bathroom needs updating as well. Are low profile toilets even a thing anymore? The tub shower had no hand rails. Great location,m & on sight parking. We did not use any of the Hotel's amenities."
