When I checked in the guy at the desk talked so fast I had a hard time understanding him. All other staff was VERY nice. The grill broke Sat so we couldn't have the made to order breakfast. "Some of the recent reviews about dirty rooms, cold showers and pool issues had me concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and the a/c worked well without being obnoxiously loud like some places I’ve stayed. The shower water was plenty warm and stayed that way for everyone’s shower. "The room was super clean. The hallways were not vacuumed and were very dirty. Of course this was a year ago but I specifically remember the carpet in the hallways were in a huge need of vacuuming. "

"The cleanliness of room was disgusting. Bed was very uncomfortable, sheets & matress pad kept coming off from corners. The bathroom sink would not drain, the 'lever' to open was completely missing. Couch in room was gross. I would not even touch it. Don't bother with free breakfast, not even coffee available. Hubby had to run water for 10 minutes just to get warm water to shower."
