"Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms are clean but showing their age- e.g. dripping tub faucet. Pool is a bit neglected. Overall a comfortable place, conveniently located for walking to museums, visitors center, and many shops and great restaurants."

"Check in staff were hurried because of the lines. Our person did not explain how to enter the garage, or even which garage was the right one. I thought we got breakfast with our room, but no one mentioned that. However, it was all clean and nice room"

"My main complaint is about the bathroom. The shower doors don’t slide both directions so you need to open one side and reach all the way in to turn on the shower which gets you wet. Second, there’s no outlets in the bathroom for a hairdryer or anything else. In the vanity area there is one outlet and if you need to iron, you have to stretch the cord across the area and block the entrance to the bathroom or you block the bathroom with the ironing board itself. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were nice and the room was clean."

"Nice old historic hotel. Very convenient to historic sites and restaraunts. Things that could have been better: only one chair in the room. A shower that got water all over the floor. No breakfast, not even a cookie and no coffee in the room."
