"The hotel is very nice and I spent amazing time!"

"Evidently I booked a room on the 3rd floor with a shared bathroom and no elevator... upon seeing the horror on my face the proprietor immediately moved us to a private cabin without a change in charges. She really made a great impression on us! The cabin was clean and lovely. We had a small screened porch and a well stocked kitchenette. Each cabin has adirondack chairs, a picnic table and a grill. There are lots of little alcoves and seating areas on the grounds overlooking Lake Winnipisaukee. The pool looked great though we didn't use it. Lots of things to see and do, and places to eat within walking distance, but don't miss the homemade muffins in the lobby in the morning! 24 hour access to coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit was also appreciated. "

"Room was nice and clean, the location was in the middle of our hiking destinations so it was a good spot for us. I was mostly impressed with the breakfast that was provided by the hotel. It was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffees and much more. The gentlemen who cooked the food was very helpful and friendly. He offered us banana's for our hikes and a guide. He was super nice. All the staff at the front desk was also very pleasant upon arrival and checking out. I would definitely stay here again. There was also a pool which we didn't use and a sauna which we did. Everything was just easy"

"Was surprised with a stay in a suite. The water in the bath was nice and hot, the pillows in the room were the best pillows I've ever used, and the room was the perfect temperature all night. Beautiful views and a wonderful stay."
