"I booked a standard room, which was described as having a living area, kitchen. And private bathroom. I was shocked to find that the kitchen and living space was common, to be shared among 3 rooms. This was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site. What was worse was that the entry to the bathroom was through the common living space, not through the bedroom. "A one night stay to manage connecting flights… the hotel couldn’t do more for us when it came to ensuring we had what we needed. They arranged an extra mattress for our kids at no extra cost and really made us feel welcome. The transfer to the airport as part of the stay was much appreciated too… "

"Staff was incredibly friendly. Stayed here 4 nights. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, our only complaint was our air conditioner may have not been functioning the best as our room was very humid and there was a bit of a mildew odor that wasn’t present in the rest of the hotel. In hindsight, I regret not speaking up about it. As the days progressed, it irritated me more. Breakfast was good. Location was great. I would recommend staying here but insist on a room with better AC. "
