I booked a business room but got a two bedroom suite with kitchen and laundry, which was fantastic, however it was generally grubby.
The tub and tiles were in bad need of a scrub, and under the bed is gross.
Good thing I brought a sleeping bag.
The staff though were the highlight of the stay - helpful and polite.

Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid.
Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

"The air conditioning and parking were excellent, but everything else was disappointing. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning, the beds were very uncomfortable and caused back pain, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell. I would not stay here again."
