A recently renovated villa. It offers good service and an excellent restaurant. There is a free car park and it is a short uphill walk to the splendours of Labin's old town. There is some traffic noise from the neighbouring road.

Beautiful property, the decor is modern and it felt new. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. I found the staff to be genuinely lovely, they take time to say hello and check in with you as you enter or leave the hotel. The breakfast menu has good variety and it eating it out on the terrace with the gorgeous view just gave me the holiday vibe! Wonderful hotel, great location and staff were friendly apart from one woman Mariana or Marina from reception who was rude after we had checked out, will be reaching out to the hotel to chase up on this. Leon was really helpful and would like to recommend him. The hotel genuinely tries to earn its rating.

The hotel is unbelievably stunning. Every person we saw walking past the entrance looked in at the immaculate decor and architecture. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Unknown to the staff I had a family bereavement the day before my stay (and 30th birthday) and I was quite emotional travelling to the hotel. Fantastic location can’t wait to visit again

Great hotel with fantastic views over the vineyard. Wine tasting is excellent, breakfast is fantastic but there is no restaurant on-site and the nearest place to eat is a drive away.

Incredible hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed at in all of Europe. Very intelligently designed, rooms are spacious, staff is super helpful, and right on the water. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet, and if you have dietary restrictions like me, just ask the staff and they will make sure you leave happy and fat. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. A15-20 min walk into the old town which is mainly uphill on the way back. The coast path which would have been easier and probably quicker was closed during our stay but due to be opened for the high season. A day trip on the local bus to the Roman antiquities in Pula very easily sorted. Three hours gets you to view them comfortably Car hire no problem

Fantastic value family hotel with every imaginable facility for children and surprisingly good food considering it's a full board buffet. The design is contemporary with several swimming pools and play areas and it feels much more luxurious than the photos suggest. The idea is that once the children are occupied the adults can relax and free inclusive childcare is available from morning until night time. Resort was perfect for our young family. Lots of great activities for the young kids. Staff were very attentive and willing to help. The location is beautiful with a short walk to porec town.

Modern bright hotel by the coast in Novigrad. Hotel is only a few years old and everything is pretty up to date with the usual things you'd expect these days. Quiet location on the edge of the old town, looking right on to the Adriatic. Breakfast was included and was very good, with eggs made to order. They also have a restaurant on site. The staff were very good and made the stay very pleasant and felt welcoming. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Third visit to San Rocco and had a wonderful time. Great food and the friendliest staff. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
