Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, extremely clean, family oriented cottage on Kennebec Lake. 3 bed, 1 bath cottage with deeded access to a shared private beach just steps away. 2 adult kayaks, 1 youth kayak, 1 canoe, trampoline, BBQ, window AC, TV with movies and a fully stocked kitchen. Single over queen bunk, queen , single bunks and 2 futons in the main living space. Kennebec Wilderness Trails, rescue farm and L&A Dark Sky Viewing Area are a few of the local area attractions.

Beautiful and relaxing retreat
We really enjoyed our stay. We vacationed with our two kids and their grandma and grandpa. Plenty of sleeping and eating space for the 6 of us. The cottage was clean and cozy and the owners really paid attention to the details. We loved that the cottage was pet friendly but wished there was a vacuum instead of just a broom for more thorough cleaning. The beach and the lake were amazing and we loved using the water toys. Also enjoyed the wrap around deck and gazebo area for meals and night caps. The location was quite remote but perfect for those looking to unplug and get away from it all. would definitely go back and recommend this spot to others.
